Bank and Public Holidays are subject to a separate tariff and require a minimum three night stay

Please see our on-line bookings diary for tariffs for specific times and dates

If you would like to discuss your specific requirements we look forward to hearing from you.

We will require the equivalent of the first night's stay as a deposit should you wish to book. This can be made by Credit/Debit Card.

We regret that, in the event of cancellation or non-completion of your holiday, you will lose your deposit, which covers the cost of your first night's stay. If we can fully re-let your room, then there will be no further charge to you. If we were only able to re-let your room for a portion only of the cancelled or unused period, then you would be liable for that portion we were unable to re-let. We would recommend that you consider taking out holiday insurance for bookings of a week or more.

Please note that we insist that our guests do not smoke or consume take-away meals in our house. Failure to comply with our wishes may result in you being asked to leave without recompense and/or extra charges being incurred to cover any damage or loss of business as a result of this.

We apologise for the delicate position in which we find ourselves, but hope you will understand that, due to previous experiences, we have found it necessary to adopt these policies in line with the Tourist Board and other guest accommodation in the area to avoid any misunderstandings in the future.

Many thanks.
