been newly decorated to offer a comfortable, warm and relaxing
place to chill-out after a day’s activities
You can rest a-while, then, with heaps of hot water always
on tap and fluffy soft towels, take a bath or shower and prepare
for a night on the town (wine glasses and corkscrew provided
for that pre-dinner tipple!!). Radio alarm clocks, colour televisions
and hairdryers come as standard in each room too.
After a relaxing night's sleep you will be looking forward
to a hearty breakfast before your day of exploration.
Set yourself up for a day’s walking or sight-seeing
with a full English Lakeland breakfast with scrumptious top
quality bacon and sizzling Cumberland sausages personally made
and delivered by Fred, our friendly local butcher! With fresh
Lakeland Farm eggs, plump mushrooms, grilled juicy tomatoes
and all the trimmings.
You could opt for the vegetarian alternative with scrambled
eggs on whole-wheat toast, beans, mushrooms, tomato and a veggie
sausage. And of course, you can have as much fresh juice, cereals,
toast, tea and coffee as you can manage.
 Guests with a wireless enabled laptop or PDA can take
advantage of complimentary high speed internet access.
